Katharine Grace created Wholessence Wellbeing to help individuals and communities move from disconnection, degeneration, and dis-ease to interconnection, regeneration and holistic well-being.

Katharine Grace Standing under a rainbow with head bowed and hands at heart.

Why?

Well, it’s because of my lived experiences of suffering and the journey of remembering my own wholeness.

I have suffered from dis-ease manifested in a variety of symptoms; anxiety, insomnia, eczema, life-threatening allergies, emotional distress, chronic stress, IBS, and chronic pain. The practices of Yoga have helped me greatly relieve my symptoms via their powerfully nourishing effects on the nervous system. The teachings of Yoga have centered me, allowing me to relate to the ever-changing tides of life with greater ease and joy. It is because of my personal experience with re-sensing my wholeness that I am dedicated to offering support and guidance as you navigate dis-ease, well-being, and the tides of life.

I do this work because I believe in its ability to make small and large impacts on the larger web of life and our wholly potential as humans.

I do this work because it is my purpose.
